QuantOn is a investment company founded in 2015. It is is a subject to supervision of the National Bank of Slovakia and member of the Investment Guarantee Fund. In 2021 QuantOn registed as CTA under National Futures Association
in Chicago,US.
Since the inception, QuantOn has employed research driven systematic investment approach. We focus on quantitative asset management, supported with the idea that market prices do not perform a so called „random walk” and thus are not fully efficient. Based on this premise we build our models through sophisticated research and development process.
We believe the edge in the world of investing can be only achieved through fanatic study of markets’ behavior, non-biased thinking and consistent execution of the trading plan. The successful investor has to be capable of both fast and slow thinking, maintain an open mind and stick to robust risk management practices.

Peter is a Slovak national with more than 30 years of operational business experience. He is the major shareholder and core investor of QuantOn since its inception.

Peter was responsible for managing the liquid part of assets in their own family office. After five years of active asset management experience, he co-founded QuantOn together with Peter Macháč – father and son.

Lubomir is a financial professional with 22 years of finance and banking experience, predominantly in the active trading of foreign exchange and interest rate products. He worked for global banking houses in multiple locations (London, Moscow, Prague, Vienna).

Tomas is a Slovak national with more than 20 years of operational experience in the financial industry. He worked for Raiffeisen International Bank Holdings, Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild EUROPE, and Credit Agricole Indosuez Wealth Management.
Tomáš Bagin

Since 2004 I have worked as a programmer in C ++, Delphi, C #, Python, including working with databases (MS Access, Firebird, MySQL, MSSQL), I developed a part of the game engine, a system for automating furniture production, and a cash register system. Since 2010 I have dealt with automation systems for financial data processing and trading systems development. This has been my main job since 2015.
Zdeněk Valečko

My study was primarily focused on probability theory and statistical processes. During my university, I was fascinated by the combination of technology and finance. Developing these hobbies led me to leave the classic job and become a full-time trader. Since 2015, I have been working for QuantOn.
Marek Krása

Dan joined QuantOn as a junior developer in 2016, primarily responsible for pre-data processing. He is also an active member of the research and development team responsible as a data scientist.
Dan Peuker

He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He used to work as Head of Large Corporate Clients Division for Slovenska Sporitelna (member of Erste Bank group). He used to work for Komercni Banka (member of Societe Generale Group) as a Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Head of Corporate Banking.
